We are a senior couple travelling with our young adult daughter for a 4 days three nights stay here. We were assigned a room with a mezzanine floor. Two bathrooms. Yay! The sofa in the living room converts easily into 2 pull out single beds. We slept in a Queen size bed . The room had 2 roof skylight windows with automatic shades . But we enjoyed sleeping under the moonlight sky every night. The water pressure is Fantastic! The rain shower n flexible hose shower heads are strong n powerful. It is most therapeutic after a whole day of exploring Lisbon . The apt was very clean. It has wooden flooring which allows the housekeepers to mop n clean! Brilliant! Most preferred over carpet flooring for good hygiene! We received daily housekeeping services which was awesome . The kitchenette is stocked adequately with utensils . The fridge is a full sized fridge . We appreciate the fact that the apt has a washer dryer unit. They also provide a drying rack n iron . It’s great to have clean clothes daily when we are on vacation! The apt is so centrally located to many sights , cafes n Resturants . We highly recommend this apt!

Great place to stay in Lisboa. Located directly next to Chiado district and a five miniute walk to Baxia-Chiado metro station (blue line). We stayed in a deluxe studio equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. (Oddly, there was no microwave). We prechecked-in online with photos of our passports and paid the 4€ per person/day city tax so that when we arrived, checking in was a breeze. The bathroom was a good size and modern. Water was (quickly) hot and good pressure. Only negative here was a slow drain in the shower, which had a wand and a rain-type showerhead. Also included was a 42" TV on the wall, an armchair, a small table with 3 chairs, and a couch that could become a bed. Housekeeping daily, if desired (sheets and towels), but you can decline on a day by day basis simply by putting the "Do Not Disturb" placard on outside of the door. Good 5G cell service in the area as well. Only real negatives here are the lack of a microwave, which is fairly easily fixed, and the uphill walk from nearly anywhere. (But that's true of most of Lisboa anyway:<)

The location was reasonably close to main tourist area with cafes and restaurants nearby - very walkable if reasonably fit but would be bit tricky with a pram or walking aid due to steepness of hills. Room was spotlessly clean & had all that was required for basic needs. Bathroom was lovely and well appointed. There was a washing machine outside in common area on level - (assume for multiple rooms' use?) Also had luggage storage for 2euro if needed which could be useful for travellers. As a solo traveller, I felt safe & secure in the building.

Excellent location. Close to Metro and trams, including the Yellow 28 tram. Easy metro journey with just 1 change from the Airport and also Oriente train station. The Fully apartment was fully equipped with all kitchen utilities, including a washing machine. Comfy bed. Daily servicing done to a high standard. A lift. All in all as good as you can get.

Availability of on-site storage lockers that allowed us to check in early and check-out late. Daily cleaning of the room and changing of bath towels Bathroom had the most room in the whole unit. Great shower and lots of counter space. Great location in the historic part of town that was close to both train stations, Sodre & Rossio
